In trying to work on “schoolmarm arm”, I’ve found these are easy to use. Very simple to put on, and they’re definitely not going to come off until I take them off. I’m starting with the 1 pound weights and can wear them around the house easily as I go about my day. Hopefully I’ll be ready to get the heavier ones soon.

Fun on-trend color (wish there were some brighter options), easy to use on wrists or ankles. Adjustable with Velcro. I use these on my walks and around the house. One they’re on, you forget you’re even wearing them. Great to remind you to use your arms and body.

I find it a bit difficult to balance these on both sides and strap them down comfortably (the weights slide around a bit on the ankle band). They also hurt my ankles after a little while because they push up against the bone. However, they get the job done and I think you’re paying more for the cute look than the function.

Start with low weight if you have back issues .. great for walks to pump blood to the heart when moving arms . Easy n comfortable.

I was looking at other ankle weights with removable/adjustable weight setting but went with these 2 lb bala ankle weights instead. They’re perfect and I’m noticing faster results with my work outs. I can’t believe I’ve waited so long to get a pair. My core workouts feel so much more challenging. Serious game changer
