This honestly didn’t have any affect for me and my fiance. I bought two, both wore them for a while, and then didn’t wear them for a few days and felt no change. First day we felt something positive but we believe it was the placebo affect because we read the great reviews and what it does, so we went in thinking it was going to do all these good things for us. Sadly after day one we felt nothing. His that I bought actually caused his skin to breakout after 2 consecutive days of wearing it, and it caused blisters to form because he’s allergic to nickel and has sensitive skin. I want a refund and would not recommend this product.
