I had purchased this headphone n it’s the best headphone. It’s nice n compact size n easy To carry. When I first bought this headphone it came with a warranty card which was a winner. My headphone stopped charging n I contacted the company which took such a quick response n solved my issues n send me a Brand new Newbee headphone. Thank you so much for sending me a new headphone. I’ve been using this bluetooth for 6 months and it’s done a good job overall. It’s quick to charge, holds a charge well, has worked reliably, and stays in my ear fairly well. My ears are small and ear buds don’t stay in. This device does get uncomfortable after it’s been in a while.Two cons in my opinion. It has such a sensitive mic that if I’m doing something – say, running water or cutting up food, it’s annoying to the person on the other end. Turning down the volume doesn’t help with that. The other con is that sound quality is high on treble and for me, that’s a bit painful. Especially if the other person’s volume or other sounds go suddenly louder. Turning my own volume down only helps a little, and that reduces all the volume, so… I wouldn’t expect such a bargain bluetooth to have bass/treble control but I wish it did.

At this price I wasn’t expecting much. This is my second one I’ve purchased. The only reason I got a second one is because I misplaced the first one.The sound is great in the car or in places with lots of background noise. The battery lasts a SUPER LONG TIME! If you’re hesitant on buying this one, don’t be. It’s worth every penny!

I have been using this for about 6+ months…I use this mainly for my office meetings (via laptop). This works just fine and audio quality is superb. My voice is heard by others clean as well. The batter lasts for about 3-4 days with average meeting time of 4 hours a day…The only concern is that it fits about 75% on the ears and falls down if I bend down / move my head suddenly… I think this is the case with moist of its similar products… Anyway this is not a big concern.I just love it!

My previous cell phone ear piece was dying a slow death and I needed a new one. I really, really liked my old one and couldn’t find one like it. But this one came close. There’s one thing I don’t like about this, which is that the piece that goes behind the ear is a bit squishy and wobbly. But I’m learning to deal with it. Other than that, everything else works fine. It works very well.

As soon as I got this, I listened to music, the sound was great. Then I made a phone call, said they could hear me better than when I’m just on my phone, but I’m struggling to make out what they say. It sounds slightly distorted and muffled. The sound from music is significantly better.

The reason I got it was cause it was the cheapest thing I could find. I didn’t need anything good, I just needed it to get the job done. But when I charged it up for the first time (It takes a long while) and used it, I was surprised. the sound quality was surprisingly good, and has good bass too. I thought it was just some cheapy thing, but it’s really not. It also has a little “over the ear thing” that keeps it on your ear. I went for a jog, and it never moved. The pause/play button doesn’t look like your normal button. It’s actually the entire face of the ear piece, which is really nice when going for a jog and you just need a quick pause.When I called my friend, he said that the microphone quality wasn’t too good.Over all, really good. Would recommend.

The first time this item was delivered, I opened the box and…it was empty. Only the manual was there. I called the New Bee customer service (since I had nothing I could return) and a very nice lady asked me to text her my address and contact info along with a photo of the empty box. I did so and a couple of days later received a replacement, which is a great value for the money.
