This mount seems so prone to letting go, I’m not even going to use it! I’m going to rig something up myself. I can’t stand the thought of a $29 item rolling down the road when I’m not looking and suddenly it’s lost.I guess maybe you could latch it and then glue it? Ugh.Works nice so far, button size looks perfect for my uses.UPDATE: Ok, I put it on the bike and it does stay pretty well, but I still believe one errant tap at the top of the strap will set it free, so I used a leftover lanyard from an MP3 player and made it a safety strap. If it lets go, it will dangle from a 4 inch string hooked to the bar it’s mounted to.Also, the unit doesn’t seem to re-latch to the phone automatically when it comes in range. I have to go into BT devices and the remote shows (as a keyboard) in the “previously used” section, so one tap and it rejoins. Not a big deal, but not quite as mindless as just using it whenever I bring the phone on the bike.

I use it for my shower to control the music on my phone, which works well.but the hooks of the strap are so bad, I won’t trust it for outdoor use like on a bike, it can fall very easily overall I’m pretty happy with my purchase and the pricehope it is truly splash proof and will last

BMW doesn’t let you control volume from the wonder wheel if you don’t use their comms. This simple device solves that problem simply and perfectly!!!! Thank you!

It work together with another Bluetooth device in your phone. You don’t have to pair all the time, just once.

I love this remote. I use it in my vehicle because the radio is so far away. Only downside is the strap is really weak and broke when I tried to wrap it around my steering wheel.I ended up customizing it and mounting it on my dash.

This unit works as it should and seems to be of good quality. The only issue I had was the unit moves around on the handlebars. You can’t get it tight enough to stay still. I tried to modify it and poof it caught on fire. The fire was the fault of myself and not the unit so don’t shy away.

This works great to control my music while riding and I can put my phone in a safer place than on the handle bars.

The bluetooth works well as intended. However, the tabs that retain the strap are weak. I broke mine on day one when I tried to remove it from my bike.
