Does exactly what you want. Band is basic and no frills.Connects to my Wahoo bike computer and Concept2 rower via ANT+ and my phone via BT.Still love the original Wahoo Tickr, but this just works.

Drops out and heart rate goes up or down by 10 BPM and that is a resting HR so at a guess would be worse on a workout. Confirmed this by actually checking my pulse and comparing it to my other HR monitor

The device only randomly connected with my device and even then only transmitted the heart rate half the time. I followed the instructions to use their app to update the firmware but nothing happened. The technical support from Magene was non-existent.

It started giving crazy high numbers, like 50% higher than what I know my heart rate should be. The numbers were also jumping around all over the place. I replaced the battery but it did not fix the problem. I contacted the seller for a warranty replacement and they responded in 3 days agreeing to ship me a new one. We’ll see how the new one turns out.

I’ve used several HRM chest straps from Garmin over the years… plus a few others from Polar, Wahoo, Decathlon. This Magene H64 is comfortable to wears, seems to be giving me the same HR numbers as my Garmin straps and has been working perfectly for several weeks now.Definitely recommended ??

Returned the first one of these because it registered my HR at 218 when I was barely breathing hard on a bike ride. At 57, that’d be a medical issue. Returned that one and requested a replacement. The replacement shows my HR at 166 and I’m not doing anything. They both show my HR bouncing up and down by 40-60 BPM in a matter of a secondsThese were paired with a Garmin Edge 530, and my old HRM (a previous version of this same model) does not have this issue.

Often fails to sync with apps like Zwift. Removing battery and reattaching and it then kicks then but that is getting fiddly.

Linked immediately with the Wahoo app on my smartphone. Tracks real time with my workouts, no complaints so far.

It was not easy to install. I was unable confirm it transmitting to my Garmin Vivoactive 3. Multiple trials failed so returned item.
