The hoodie itself was fine but it won’t hold a charge so never got the heating elements to work. I won’t recommend or purchase this again.

Very good for the price, it does burn through the battery fairly quickly. I would suggest buying the highest capacity portable battery that is as small as possible for best results. (I chose Anker 13500mah which works and fits pocket perfectly.

At first, I thought that I also got the same issue as others, which the heating system did not work. After I chatted with the seller, I found that I did not follow the correct steps in the instruction manual. Here to remind everyone that this Hoodie won’t work when you plug into the power bank, even the indicator light did change color! You need to turn on the power bank at the same time, and then press the power button for 3 seconds to turn the sweater on. The seller also told me if the indicator light is still off after a few seconds, be sure to check if the power bank is fully charged because other buyers have similar problems. They even promised me to send a new one if it’s really defected. Hah, really want a free second one, but it just works. The communication took some time, but it was really helpful.

Did not work. When plugged in, the light would flash indicating it had power, but it would not turn on. Seller did process a refund as soon as I opened a claim.

The overall quality of the clothing is fine, but the actual heating component is less than optimal. For one it doesn’t get hot enough. (and yes! double-dog made sure was using the right size battery and output). Also, there are only two heating elements – 1 across the chest and 1 across the back. These are insufficient. Great novelty gift, but nothing that’ll keep you toasty warm on a cold day waiting to catch a school bus.

These jackets are a luxury to have in the winter months. They provide a extra layer of warmth under your coat that is fantastic.They’re heated front and back. The batteries last an average amount of time. There are three settings you can choose for the jacket and depending on the setting you choose the battery will last longer or shorter.The jacket is a nice sweat shirt jacket all on it’s own.

Loving this sweatshirt so far. Used for layering on a 1000 mile motorcycle ride last week. Nice thick sweatshirt, love the zippered inside pocket for the power bank as it gives me a secure spot to keep money or other items. Probably not the warmest heated sweatshirt but for the price it works. I use it outside on cold mornings or keep me warm in my too cold office building. Doesn’t come with a power bank, but easy enough to find a good one on amazon. Def recommend for someone wanting a heated sweatshirt but not wanting to spend a ton of money

Heated part of the jacket works good and it’s very comfortable. Great for chilly days or running too the car quick until it warms up. The best way to explain it would probably be to say the heated aspect feels warm like a heated seat in a car or heated blanket. Just make sure you get a good battery. I bought the suggested battery with it and it’s no good and it must have had a short in it.
