The Razer Fitness Tracker in green color and retail packaging is a high-tech wearable device designed to keep users informed of important notifications while staying focused on their activities. This fitness tracker vibrates and lights up in customizable colors when an incoming alert is received, allowing users to stay in the game without constantly checking their phone.
This waterproof and durable fitness tracker accurately tracks fitness, sleep, and heart rate. It boasts Bluetooth connectivity, a long battery life, and a user-friendly app that features fitness challenges, goal tracking, and social sharing. The Razer Nabu X uses Pulse technology to connect with other Nabu and Nabu X bands within a specified range, making it a social wearable device.

I’m on my second Nabu X after having my first one replaced within a month of buying it. Now I have to replace my second one as it’s once again stopped working. The fitness tracking can be inaccurate sometimes, but it gets the job done. However I can’t look past the awful battery issues. Each one has lasted me about a month.

So just to be clear the product is really cool, but it has stopped working about 2 months after I got it. I am in talks with the razer customer service, but they want Amazon to deal with the problem because I bought it through them.*****After the customer service*************I want to update this after talking with customer service I got a new band, just had to pay for shipping once I got the RMA number. The problem with this are two fold 1) There is a proprietary charging cable that connects to a USB port. I hate proprietary cables, but the first one I got was poorly made, the housing on the male USB was not secured. I had to remove the plastic then pull the cable out of the USB port. It wasn’t a deal breaker but under there is never one cockroach theory…not a good sign. With the cable they recommend that you charge the device while you are working at your computer because of the second fault 2) it is super easy to damage it through overcharging. Once the battery gets damaged everything: data, notifications, charge life all fall into the toilet and in my case it was a race to see what would happen first – would I get past all the customer service barriers or would the smartband stop working completely. As far as the cascade of failures, the sleep track stopped working, then I noticed that a charge would last 4 days then 3 days, then it wouldn’t really send me notifications for calls and texts, then the steps were all messed up. It simply became easier not to use it because all the data was questionable (which was a secondary purpose for me) and the primary of not being able to get haptic feedback on my wrist was absent.Overall I still like the idea of wearables, but I think I will pay a bit more to find something more robust. Also in full disclosure the second time the band failed I decided it was not worth the hassle to go through customer service.

The Razer Nabu X does a decent job at telling you basic notifications, has good battery life, is light, and is comfortable, but things go downhill from there. The smartband charges using a proprietary usb charging cable in order to make the device water resistant, this maybe an annoyance to some who prefer to use one micro usb cable for all of their devices. The fitness tracker is spotty at best with random steps miscounted when sitting down. The band is a soft silicone-like material which is quite comfortable, but is a dust magnet. The Razer Nabu app has a clean UI and from here you can change the lighting for the band. The worst part of the smart band is that it disconnects if you walk only ten feet away, this renders the smartband useless as it requires the user to always carry their phone with them. In conclusion, I would only pick this up if you are in situations such as business meetings where it would be rude to check your phone or if you’re someone who games and wants to notified through a smartband because they cannot hear their phone over the game, otherwise you’ll be better off spending a little bit more for a proper smartband.

I got this to wear every day to track my steps to and from work. However, I found that at work, every keystroke I make on my keyboard counts as 1 or more steps. I pretty much type for a living and am a very fast typist. The first time I wore it I typed 54 miles and did 4 hours of cardio. I wish typing was that healthy.

So out of the box (I had to hack it open with a dremel because it shipped in a security case) it took a little while to set up. Since then it has had tons of connection issues. The sleep tracking seemed to work well for the first two days, then it just stopped working. The companion app is a little difficult to navigate and I constantly have to reconnect the band with my phone to make it work. The vibration alarm works well, just remember to reprogram your alarms once you repair it… I made that mistake already. I have to say, you would be better suited to pay more and get a more reliable smart band

Not sure how I really feel about this. It’s a good smartband but only lasts you a few months. This is the 2nd one that I got, the first was free from a Razer promotion but after a few months, I saw some issues. Either connectivity issues or charging issues where it wouldn’t charge the first time you plug it in. Not to mention the range is really short so if you step further than say 10 feet from your phone, it’ll disconnect. I didn’t have too great an experience with this but it lasted me a while so I’d say it’s good for the price.

Arrived brand new in package. Battery holds a charge for about 20 hours maybe less. I don’t use the notifications I just want to track steps and calorie burn. I didn’t want a watch, just a tracking band. The Nabu app for my iPhone 6s running iOS 15.3.1 (the latest OS at this time) works good. I do not have it syncing with the Apple Health app because it repeatedly sends the same steps several times a day so your steps are way off. I just use the Nabu app for tracking. The band will disconnect from phone if you close app so I leave it running in background. If it disconnects and won’t reconnect you need to delete the Nabu band from the bluetooth paired list in Iphone settings and then pair again in the Nabu app. For the price of under $10 I am happy.

Loving this thing and have had only one little problem with it but nothing to bad. (grammar errors ahead)Pros~ They say the battery life on this thing can last between 5-7 days and i let mine get down to around 28% on day 5 before i charged it. When i get an email, text, ect i know it from the buzz the Nabu gives off and lights help to. i forget that i have it on most of the time which isnt a bad thing cause how lightweight it is. VERY fast to charge which is awesome cause from 28% to 100% only took maybe 15 minutes or 20 tops.Cons~ Right now they havent put out the little mini games for the Nabu just yet but just waiting. The charge cable is short (maybe a foot) which in a way can be a small pain. Nabu disconnects from my phone (only happened 3 times so far) which can be a small problem but reconnects when you plug it in to charge or just turn off and turn bluetooth. This is a small con but right now I dont believe you can order different bands for the Nabu so if you order a white, black, or green you are stuck with the color….for now.Over all this little smart band is just awesome and for the price you cant really go wrong. I have kept mine on from day one (besides charging) and no problems that would make me call/email razer for. My first little smart band and i would tell others to get one to. Yes it doesnt do to much at this point BUT in the future it will have a lot more to offer. ALSO yes it can handle a bit of water cause washing my hands or being out in the rain with it on….no problems what so ever….just dont try plugging it in to charge or anything right after.

This is my second one, I hate how these things didn’t take off like anticipated but I can pretend like it did by buying everyone for $20 each instead, that fixes that problem, I’ve had my band for a few months prior before I thought about giving them out, my buddy loved his and we spent a whole afternoon playing with the handshake function because I’m telling you, you’re not gonna live the social life this thing promised unless you make the effort to give everyone you know one, it’s good for gifts for all occasions in my circumstances because almost everyone I know stays active and still uses technology a large deal as well.

It worked well, for about 24 hours. Then, it completely stopped working. No lights, no notifications, nothing. The app said that it still had good battery life and that it was connected, but there was no response from the device. I am in the process of returning the first one and getting a replacement. If that is better, I will edit my review. As for the first 24 hours, I liked what I paid for. If you consider how inexpensive it is ($50). you get a good deal from what you pay for. I wish you could customize it a bit more, but it is a new product, so I expect that those updates will come along down the road.

Performs its’ advertised functions very well, and is very sleek. Charges fast, holds a long charge, no complaints.
