This is a professional looking and comfortable bluetooth headset and comes with a handy charging case. Its great not to be tethered by cables and to be able to get up and walk around while on a call on my PC.The case is great if you are one the move, as one charge of the case will charge the headset several times, but if like me you are using it working from home, it would be more convenient to just plug it in to a USB.Set up was easy and it paired with my laptop and phone easily as long as you follow the instructions on “multiple devices”.In general it works well, sound quality is good, both hearing and speaking during calls. I have not used it in a noisy environment so I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the noise cancellation. The speaker is a little “tinny” in tone, so i’d suggest its not the device you would want to listen to music on (but as its single ear that would be unlikely anyway).Now for the downsides when using it linked to a PC for WFH…The headset mute and multi function buttons don’t function in Skype or Teams, so you have to use your mouse to answer calls and to mute/unmute.This headset suffers the widely reported “Teams disconnection issue” in that randomly during teams calls the headset simply stops working you can neither speak nor hear. This can be rectified by switching teams to another device for a few seconds and then back again, restoring functionality, but it is highly disturbing and inconvenient! [Note that Microsoft don’t seem to care about the widely reported issue, they suggest buying a headset that is “certified for teams” which usually cost 4-5 times the price of this device].On a few occasions I have also suffered the “underwater sound” effect when people are speaking, this is usually transitory for a few seconds, but it is definitely an issue as I never had the problem with a wired headset. [This was also on Teams so maybe its just another symptom of their connectivity issue].So in summary, good device, and probably great for use with your mobile, but would be made infinitely better for WFH if the manufacturer could just figure out how to solve the TEAMS disconnection issue… even if they didn’t officially certify it for Teams.

Can’t comment on battery life as I didn’t use it very long.Working from home like many now needed a headset following new laptop having a rubbish speaker. Purchased this based on the reviews.During my first Microsoft Teams call people were complaining of interference on the call. I turned this off and cleared the problem. Adjusted the setting on teams and my laptop to no avail. Couldn’t clear the interference and the fact others couldn’t hear me properly. I could hear them fine and couldn’t hear any interference. Returned the device for a refund and now purchasing a usb headset.Not saying this device is rubbish just didn’t work for me and the interference could be the headset or something else within my working environment.

I drive for a living, and hands free is a must; but I neither wanted something big and bulky like most “trucker” style headsets, nor did I want to pay a lot for something like a BlueParrot or Plantronics which have (relatively) mediocre battery life, no charging cases (or are absurdly priced extras). This seemed like the “best of the rest” in that it has a charging case, isn’t overly bulky and far more reasonably priced, and has USB-C charging. I can have it in for 8-12 hours and still not need to recharge it (playing music about 75% of that time, a few shortish calls and the rest idle). The charging case can easily last me a week between charges though I usually top it up every couple of days just in case I forget. In other words the battery life is amazing. In comparison, I have a pair of Sony ear pods with a charging case (YF-XB700’s specifically) and they last only 4-6 hours of playback with maybe 2-1/2 charges from the case. I have not timed how long either the headset takes to charge; but from ~50% capacity on the case it was full again within a couple hours. For reference I’ve used it about 22 hours this week and the case is only down to 84% charge.The sound quality is….adequate. Definitely below that of my Sony’s but those are *meant* for music, but it’s definitely above a lot of budget cans; even without accounting for the fact that it’s a single-ear unit. In other words, if you’re like me and can only have one-ear “occupied” it’s definitely good enough. When it comes to calls I can hear people easily even in a loud environment (eg right next to a large diesel engine); and people seem to be able to hear me clearly as well (or at least, nobody has made any complaints or asked me to repeat myself). Honestly *for me* it’s better than holding up the actual phone to my ear. I can’t comment on any claims to noise-canceling though. I’m not saying it doesn’t exist but with it being only a single-ear device I can’t personally notice any.The product info lists that you can be connected to two devices simultaneously. I have not tested this but will say it connects to my phone faster than I can put it on; and if I walk too far away and it disconnects, the reconnection is virtually instantaneous when I get back in range. I’ve never had to manually reconnect it or had any issues of it dropping connection when it shouldn’t. The product images claim 33 ft range, but real-world I’d say closer to 60-100 depending on what’s between you and your phone or nearby interference. I personally have never lost connection while closer than ~50ft even when there’s a bunch of metal and an engine block between me and my phone.The controls are….interesting. You have the main button on the “outside”; which acts as your power button, call accept / end and voice assistant (the last only when you’re not on a call / have music playing). There is a single button which acts as a mute (have not used) and a pair of buttons which are your vol+/- and when long-pressed track advance / reverse. The latter buttons are where things are slightly weird. The Vol + button when long pressed gives you….track reverse. Intuitively you would expect it to skip forward. Not a big deal but takes some getting used to.The ear loop itself is a minor con. It’s comfortable enough but it’s size and shape make wearing any kind of eye-wear awkward. You get used to it, but expect your glasses / sunglasses to be slightly lopsided as a result.Now for it’s biggest con. When I first got it, I was wearing it in my (preferred) left ear. No matter what I did it HURT after just a few minutes. I’m talking genuine pain and bruising even the next day, and that’s not something I’ve experienced with any other headset or earbud. Tried all of the different squishy caps, extending the ear-loop in and out (the whole 2-3mm it moves); rotating the ear nub up and down etc. Nothing worked and I was on the verge of returning it; but couldn’t wait for a different brand to be delivered so I opted to try and “rest” my left ear by wearing it in my right. I don’t know if it’s because my ears are shaped differently from each other or if the device itself just doesn’t “adjust” as much as it should to fit on the left but I haven’t had a single problem since swapping to my right side. No discomfort at all, even after 12+ hours. Long story short I’ve now had this set for around a month, wearing it 60+ hours a week and I’m happy. I would be *happier* if I could wear it on my left but I’m not about to pay 2-3x more just to try a different brand.I’ve given it an overall of 3 stars, but realistically I would probably give it 3-1/2. It would be a solid 4+ if wearing it on my left side didn’t cause such significant pain and the other minor issues addressed.

I haven’t had it long, so this is an initial review after a few uses.Upsides are:In a quiet environment, it’s very clear – both hearing the other party and them hearing you.With moderate noise in your own background, it’s still pretty clear to the other party – cancels the background noise very well by all accounts.I love that it can be joined to two devices simultaneously – that’s a really useful and pretty uncommon capability.Battery life is EXCELLENT, and I love that it is charged by the case.Downsides:In a noisy environment, the volume doesn’t go high enough so it becomes a struggle to hear the other party. I purchased this headset primarily because of the decent reviews and it was much less expensive than the other headset.In reviewing this headset I’m going to be comparing it to the one that it is replacing. That one is a much more expensive headset that’s noted for its noise cancellation abilities .The price is good, the sound quality I hear is pretty good . How others hear me is generally good. Sometimes they complain about me sounding like I am at the end of the tunnel. I have had that complaint with every headset I’ve ever owned since having a cell phone. They also complain about wind noise when I am standing outside which concerns me a bit because my previous two had sets noise cancellation. Standing outside in the wind was much better apparently than what this is. This is why I gave noise cancellation a 3The fit of this headset for my ear was not bad. However, it was a bit painful inside my right ear with the earbuds that came with his headset. So I searched online and found an earbud extender to try and it worked quite well. Please see the picture for when I purchased and you can search for them on line. This allows me to hear quite well now and the fit is much better than with the stock earbud.Overall, I am giving this headset a strong four due to a price and the quality of the sound that I hear. The only reason it’s not getting a five is due to the noise cancellation. Compared to my previous headsets I would purchase this one again because of the price in the sound quality. It’s not like I am outside a whole lot in the wind talking to people anyway.I did receive the free prize via a scratch off card that came with the package. It was a choice of another one of these headsets or the A18 headset. I chose the A18 headset since I had noise complaints about this headset. The A18 headset seems to work about the same as this one. Receiving the A18 headset did not result in consideration for my rating.To summarize a decent quality headset at a good price for what you get. Customize it with the earbud extender. If you have trouble fitting this to your ear. I would purchase again.

I’ve been using this headset for a solid 6 months now, and it hasn’t let me down. Since COVID, I primarily work from home and spend multiple hours per day in Zoom and Teams meetings. The Bluetooth always synchs immediately from this headset with my laptop or my phone [for me, they cannot both be synched at the same time. I have to shut off my Bluetooth on the phone for it to synch with my laptop properly, and vice versa – I assume this is a standard issue for headsets]. The sound quality is excellent both ways. Co-workers have reported that I sound very clear and apparently the noise canceling features are working since they did not hear the barking dog or baby crying in other rooms of the house. I particularly like the feature of synching it with my phone for listening to my audiobooks when I walk and being able to immediately take phone calls with clear reception. I want to highlight that the battery life is quite amazing. I lost the small charging cord for 4 full weeks. The case held the ability to keep recharging the headset through all of those days of use until I found the cord again! It had gotten down to 22 percent after 29 days without a charge [and daily use].In full disclosure, this company reached out to me immediately after I made the purchase to offer me a second headset if I would leave a positive Amazon review. That made me uncomfortable. My integrity is more important to me than any free gift. I decided I would put the headset through a long and extensive test period, and at some point, I would give a completely honest review. So, a full 6 months later, I honestly have nothing negative to say about this little device. It’s actually been brilliant. I feel confident recommending it.

When you put the headset back into the case, it is supposed to switch off and start charging. Unfortunately it doesn’t do this, which means a) the batteries run down, and b) it stays connected to your device. Which means if you try to answer a call/zoom without it, you can’t hear or be heard because the headset is still connected.You can jiggle it about in its case until it starts charging, but it won’t stay that way. It’s so badly made that if you so much as look at it, it will lose contact with the case and reconnect with your device.I bought this for my girlfriend to help with her work, but it’s been relegated to the dead gadget/cable drawer. She says it’s unusable 🙁

A Bluetooth headset should be able to be used to list to music or videos besides just answering phone calls.There are two major issues with this headset. It’s inconvenient, impossible to wear for too long. I am a 53″ semi truck driver. I and my wife could not communicate due to loud engine noise when I was driving. In 2021 I had purchased a Blue Parrot B-550 XT (around $170.00) headset but it kept disconnecting frequently in the middle of important conversations. After a long research I decided to purchase and use this headset which was manufactered recently (2021) with the latest technology . I was not disappointed. The design is modern, it is very ergonomic which fits perfectly into my ear. Pairing was very easy, a lot easier than Blue Parrot. The sound is clear and battery lasts long. I would highly recommend this product.

This is a good Bluetooth headset for the price. I have bought several of these over the last year and I always have a spare just in case if I lose one. I connect This headset to a variety of different devices. I will connect it to my phone and laptop simultaneously. This helps me answer teams messages and take video conferencing calls as well as answer phone calls. The battery life on these this headset is good but just in case it comes with a charging case that you can charge the headset with when you’re not using it

Very easy to sync with your phone and comes charged so able to use as soon as you open the box. It is adjustable so you can wear on both your right and left ear, especially useful to switch off if you use a lot for work or for any other reason. The storage box is also a charger, so both protects your Bluetooth when not in use and charges it so you are ready to go when is in use. Highly recommend!
