This is the first day I used it but it’s definitely going to work for me. I work inside and outside and b/c I’m in the office today I don’t have to worry about anyone taking my lunch from the fridge I have a cooling packet inside maybe I’ll do ice when I go outside but it’s good not bulky and I was able to fit 3 of my bottles in it and two Pyrex dishes with snacks

I bought this backpack for a beach trip. I love everything else about this back pack except the zipper to the main cooler compartment broke the very first time I used it! I even saw reviews regarding this, but thought it must have been a fluke.Nope. It’s such a shame because I really love everything else about it. It’s a design flaw that they need to work out. If they can correct the zipper, it would be a perfect 5 star rating. I have to eat 6 times a day, so I use this backpack to carry my lunch, snacks and water to work. It is very comfortable on my back and I like the height of the backpack. However, the pouches on the side are too small to carry both water bottles.
