Sound quality (both in and out) are excellent. Comfort is good. Wish it worked a little better with Teams and the PC. The mute button on the headset works (with an audible message Mute On, or Mute Off), but Teams does not indicate that you are muted. When you power off the headset, it is still selected as the audio device, so have to select your computer audio in Windows to hear any alerts, etc. I’ll get used to doing this, but it is easy to forget. If muting showed up in Teams and turning off the headset or even just docking it would change to computer audio, this would be a much simpler device to use.

Works great noise cancels surrounding noise ! I’m a WFM with kids and they can’t hear them in the back I do have one questionFor others is the light on the headset supposed to stay on while charging? notSure if it is charging correctly or may be broken?

2-1-23Not sure how much Noise cancellation there is when it’s only 1 ear bud headphone system. LOLThe manual needs a better font and to be darker, it’s like it’s barely printed on the paper. I had to enhance this photos to even read the thing. It finally pairs with my phone. My PC sees in when I plug in the dongle. Would have been better if the base station/charge unit was the dongle, this way it could always be linked while plugged into the computer. I was worth the money. If it doesn’t hold up I’ll come back and amend this comment.

I work from home in customer service. A lot of my calls are seniors so the sound quality of my headset is key. This is by far the best sounding headset I’ve ever used in call centers or from home. I’ve bought super nice corded headsets for more money that don’t sound as good. It is super comfortable, better than I expected. I use avaya for my phone system. The mute on the headset does work if you use it while already on a call but it won’t mute while you wait for a call is the only downside. I got this earlier today and plugged in the dongle turned it on and started using it. 10 second set up. The wireless feature is awesome even if only to stand up and stretch still at my desk. Can go grab a drink from the kitchen and answer the call while walkin back to the computer. I can’t attest to the battery life but I’ve been using it for 4 hours so far and I didn’t even charge it out of the box so I’m sure a full charge will last through a 10+ hour shift

I really like how it cover one ear only and you can switch ears if necessary. Has a lot of great features haven’t had a chance to try them all but so far very happy with it!

When it comes to headsets, I only have two requirements: comfort and quality of sound. I’m happy to report I hardly notice the Brammar wireless headset after wearing it for hours, which definitely speaks to how comfortable they are. The sound quality is also excellent. The mic is super adjustable, unlike the mic on my previous headset, and can be adjusted to allow for right or left ear usage. I highly recommend this product!

I use this for my work-at-home job. I have a fan within 3 feet of me constantly running to cool my network equipment. Every other microphone I own picks this fan noise up. This headset removes it! I did a test recording with my voice recorder and could hear only silence in the background and my voice was crystal clear.This headset has the same problem associated with all other over-ear headphones. After wearing it for a few hours it will leave your ear sore after you take it off. Since I have never seen an over-ear headphone that doesn’t hurt I would still rate it five stars.

Easy to pair. I’m on the phone for 8 hours a day and it’s never died on me. I charge it on my lunch break. It’s a bit heavy on the one ear I wear it on. By the end of the day my ear hurts, but it’s tolerable. You can’t hear your own ambient voice thru the mic/ear piece so that is a let down. I didn’t see any reviews about that specifically so I didn’t know until I bought it. So only one ear can hear through the speaker, but they other ear can hear your own voice since. I prefer hearing myself back through the speaker as well. But for the price, I guess this is fine.

This is the best blue tooth headset I’ve ever had! I work overnight from home so I don’t like to always sit to my desk. Got these so I’m able to walk around the house. I’m able to watch tv in bed now, do laundry, check in on my kids, all while still having no issues hearing a call come through.
