I wanted this backpack for daily use as long as I am working remotely. Today is my first use.1-The product received in a very good packing a plastic sealed bag and a cover for the bag that my wife like so much and wanted to use it 😃.2-As for the bag itself, it is bigger than expected that could take all day needs books, paper etc.3-The finishing is great internally and externally.4- I always have concerns about the zips but they are suitable for the bag. The are big and strong, I think it will be suitable for a hard strong hand like mine.5-The back side of the bag that is resting on my back is a bit hard if compared to other high brands but its not an issue for me till now.6- The Hanging strap could be more but again its fine. Their filling is good and comfortable.7-There is a secure pocket in the back that is covered by strap that makes it hidden all the way. I like it.8- The charging port is finely embedded in the bag side with a soft rubber cover that adds to the beauty f the bag. It includes a USB-C port for iPhone which I liked. The internal cable that assumed to be connected to the power bank is strong and lengthy and includes the normal port as well as another port. If you need to connect to a fast charging port you should have a converter to USB-C.9-There was a gift inside the bag a multipurpose cable for all types of devices. It seems not supporting the fast charging is charging with it is slower than normal original cables. Anyway thanks for the gift. I like it and I am using it now.10-The front zip is sliver, I think it was going to be great to be back along with its handle. It was going to add to the elegance of the back.11- As for the seller, usually all sellers take the whole value once the order is placed, however they didn’t deduct till the date of shipping. The amount was deducted on shipping day few hours before receiving a message that order was shipped. They are punctual.12- I rated it 4 stars for traveling because its a one day travel only. It include space for several books and other staff suitable for a 1 full day travel.Actually, I was very reluctant to buy it because of low number of ratings (almost 5 only) and no reviews, in addition to its relatively high price compared to other similar products but now I can say I am satisfied with the bag despite of its price and also because of its design .

This backpack is the TRUTH!!!I had been searching for a hard case backpack with the features like this one. The Bopai is expandable if needed, it has a charging port for your phone(s), it has the travel belt to attach it to your suitcase, and the hard case makes it look like a jetpack. I’ve gotten many compliments on it. I would buy again if available when I need it.
