My husband had decided that we needed e-bikes. So I started to research the best helmets for an e-bike. I ordered this helmet because it has the NTA8776 rating and it has both a front light and a back light for safety.When my husband received the helmet he was pleasantly surprised by the helmet. He loved the fit, look and he was surprised how light it felt on his head. He said he forgot he even had the helmet on… and that is saying a lot esp. since our bike rides are in the mid morning during the Arizona summer. He has even gotten compliments on his helmet as he was riding around. He tells everyone they should get this helmet and he even tells the local bike shops that they should carry this helmet.He loved his helmet so much, I wanted to get one for myself but my head size is too small for the helmet they currently sell. I reached out to Xnito to find out when they would be releasing the smaller size helmets. The customer service is amazing. These days I have found customer service is seriously lacking with most companies but not this one. They actually care about their customers and encourage feedback. I heard back from someone within a couple hours and they worked hard to get me a smaller size helmet before they are actually available to everyone because I am not that good of a bike rider and I didn’t want to take any chances getting hurt. They kept in contact with me through the whole ordering and receiving of the helmet. They also followed up to make sure everything was good.I have the new small size helmet and it has the magnetic buckle which is pretty cool. It took me a few minutes to figure it out but I’ve got it now. The new helmets also have the type c charging cable. To me this doesn’t really matter, but I know that it important to a lot of people. This is a great helmet. The smaller size helmets will be available soon, I do believe.Now, I haven’t had any accidents to be able to say how it holds up and I hope I never do, but this helmet covers all the important parts of our heads and I do “feel” safer having it on. They also have an accident replacement policy for the helmet if by chance you do get into an accident.Give this helmet a try, I think you will be pleasantly surprised and glad you did.

I recently bought this helmet and after using it for about a month, I can definitely say this is a product worth buying. The price might seem steep, but this is one of the only bike helmets out there right now certified for class 3 e-bike speeds of up to 28mph. Regular bike helmets are only good for 15 mph speeds, so you’re basically paying for double the protection with this helmet. You also get added features that most helmets don’t come with, like front and rear lights for visibility at night, a rear tightening mechanism for a more secure fit, a removable visor to keep the sun out your eyes, and a very well made magnetic latch for easy attachment and removal. The bike also has great ventilation which kept me cool and less sweaty during those hotter days.Another great thing about this helmet is how comfortable it is to wear. There’s soft padding on the inside so you don’t feel the hard surface squeezing your head like other helmets. The padding is also removable for washing which is very convenient, especially if you sweat a lot. My favorite thing about the helmet though, and one of the main reasons I bought it, was how light it was. This helmet weighs less than a pound!! When riding with it, I hardly ever feel like I’m even wearing a helmet, which is surprising given how much protection its supposed to offer. If you look at something with similar protection like a motorcycle helmet, those are bulky and can weigh anywhere from 5-8 pounds. When riding with something that heavy on your head, you definitely feel that weight, and it isn’t as comfortable. The look of the helmet is also pretty modern and stylish. It makes me feel more inclined to wear it since it doesn’t make my head look big or goofy whenever I go out.Overall though, this bike helmet is a very good buy. I couldn’t find a single complaint to give. Not only are you paying for solid protection, but you’re also getting a high quality product made from high quality materials. Nothing on this helmet feels cheap or out of place for its price, you’re for sure getting what you payed for and will not regret getting this helmet. I got a scooter…I ride from commuter rail into Boston at 5:15 AM. I travel in the dark and this helmet allows me to feel safe and be seen. I would not change a thing. The fit and because it’s so lightweight you almost forget your wearing a helmet. I’m 56 and old school….we don’t wear helmets! But because it’s Boston Traffic and dark…and I’m moving at 19 miles per hour on my Hiboy S2 Pro, I felt the need to get a helmet rated for an electric bike speed…This helmet covers me to 28 MPH compared to a bike helmet that covers to 15 MPH. I would buy this again… I love it…

I feel safe, bright lights, makes me visible. Protecting my melon at the highest speeds a bicycle could imagine.Why not 5? I just don’t like the fancy magnet clip. Maybe this product could be improved with a small lightweight metal clip. To be fair, at $200 CAD; it should be of that quality.

Got this for commuting on an e-bike. Have used it several times now and can say yhat it’s light weight and gives really good air flow. I love the lights on the front and back…the back light you can cycke through different settings (pulsing, flashing, etc) which is neat. I have a small head and this fit great because of the turning knob mechanism. Wpuld absolutely recommend, is definitely worth the money

Great way to protect your head and alert others of your existence. The shell is very nice and the liner inside is very comfortable. The color options are nice and I got flat black and the finish is nice and even. The LED front light is bright and gives you good view of your immediate vicinity at night so you can see your bike control the rear RED Led in the rear and it has 3 flash patterns as show in the video. The lights are recharged by an included USB-C cable. The adjustable clip in the rear lets you set the fit just right for your head circumference ensuring comfort and safety. The chinstrap has a magnetic clip that clicks it into place and locks secure. To remove you squeeze 2 clips and pull and it is off, very easy to use. The weight of this helmet is another plus, even with the added safety features and lights it is still lighter than an entry level motorcycle helmet. At first the helmet seemed way to small, but you have to move the adjustment dial a few times for it to loosen. Then it fits true. Great look, love the built in lights, will be using while I ride my RAD!

I have been using an Abus helmet for a long time but the cheap foam in the Abus keeps falling out when I sweat. The Xnito fits better than the Abus and it’s more comfortable to wear. My old Abus is still a decent helmet but I would opt for the Xnito. It’s rated for class three also.
