We purchased a couple of these for my kids last month after having heard them talk about their friends’ fitness trackers, though we definitely didn’t want to spend Fitbit-level prices if they ended up wearing them for a week and then magically getting bored with them and forgetting to put them on after that. When I found the BIGGERFIVE Vigor, it really seemed to fit the bill for what we wanted – visually fun for the kids, step counter, heart rate monitor, etc. – and at an absolutely perfect price point. It’s worked fantastically at motivating both kids to stay active, even going out for walks in the morning to get a jump on their step count for the day.The mobile app isn’t anything flashy, but honestly, it really doesn’t need to be and it gives all the info my kids want to see – battery life, daily step count history, etc.Charging is so easy with these trackers that both my kids have no problem with it and have never suffered from an unexpectedly dead battery. Just gets removed from the band (which, admittedly, takes a bit of work to do at first, but gets easier over time and with more practice) and one end of the tracker has a USB plug that can be plugged into any USB port for charging – my kids use the USB port on the backs of their alarm clocks. I can’t speak to the battery life because my kids have been so good at keeping them charged up, but IIRC, my son’s had gotten down to maybe 20% at one point after 5-6 days of no charge, so that should give you some idea as to the battery life – you should be able to get close to a week’s use on a full charge with normal kid-related activity. Now, my son being the daredevil that he is, had a bit of a spill last week and unfortunately scuffed up the display and scraped the plastic edges of the tracker pretty good. He was pretty upset because he loves this tracker, so I thought I’d contact support on the off-chance something like this might be covered under warranty (I work in tech support, so I know certain bits of inflicted damage can be hit or miss when it comes to warranty claims), fully expecting to be told that it wasn’t covered and I would just bite the bullet and purchase a new tracker for my son.Imagine my surprise when support got back to me very quickly and asked for some photos of the damage to check, order number from Amazon, etc. – I reiterated to them that I would totally understand if it wasn’t eligible for a warranty claim – and they got back to me quickly again asking for my shipping address to send a new tracker. This is the kind of customer support I absolutely love and makes me confident that my decision to get these trackers for my kids was the right one.UPDATE 9/11/21:So last week on my daughter’s tracker, the display started glitching out – dim with digital distortion. Powercycled it and it came back briefly, then failed out again. Given my previous interaction with customer support for BiggerFive, I had confidence that we’d be able to get it replaced within warranty. Sent them an email describing the issue, troubleshooting steps taken to resolve, images of the faulty display and also a screencap of the original Amazon order. Within the next day, they let me know that they could have a replacement out ASAP, fulfilled by Amazon. Got the replacement within mere days of my original interaction and my daughter is pleased as punch. Great to see customer service that stands behind their product not just once, but twice with us. My kids appreciate it!

This watch was bought for my 6 year old as she loves mine and wanted to be able to see how many steps she was doing in a day. The first watch that we received was faulty as the battery didn’t last for more than a couple of hours but a new watch was sent out very quickly. Customer service is great. The watch itself is easy to use and great for tracking sleep and seeing how much activity she has had at school. The only real negative with this watch is that the battery only lasts 2 days.

These are super little watches for young children, good looking and not too expensive. We had a problem with the strap breaking at the join to the watch but on contacting the seller they were quick to send a replacement.Would not hesitate to buy them again for our other grandsons.

My son loves this watch so much. It counts his steps and checks his heart rate. He has a daily challenge with his teacher of who makes more steps. His friends have liked it and I’ve received messages from moms asking me about the watch. already 3 different parents bought it and all the kids have loved it. They all compete against each other (in a healthy way). Definitely recommend. (My son is 7 years old and in first grade). The price is definitely affordable the battery last for days.

Battery does not last as much as I will want it. My daughter is disappointed she only achieved one goal, but is because battery does not last too long so when it turns off, she losses her steps quantity. For my son the watch stopped working after a couple of days, BUT I wrote an email to the supplier and he sent me a complete new watch! Plus they have been following up on how the watch is working. Great customer service ?

A few months ago, my son discovered smart watches and NEEDED one. He really made the case for wanting his own alarm clock, stopwatch and timekeeping device, and we made the point that we did not want him to have access to games or a camera 24/7. This watch seemed to fit all the bills!I like that the watch charges on a USB charger, of which we already have several. It is also is pretty easy to figure out. I do not know how accurate the trackers are, but those are not the reason we bought the watch. As far as being a cool-looking timekeeper that can also function as a timer, we have been satisfied. One thing I wish I would have known is how hard it is to remove the one side of the watch band in order to access the chargeable part of the watch. It is difficult to pull of without risking damage to the tiny usb charger. In fact, within a day of my son getting the watch, it was already broken, despite his attempts to be careful. We filed to return it and were pleasantly surprised that the company reached out to us personally to replace the watch. I was impressed with their customer service, and we really do like the product as well. Just have to wiggle that one watch band side very carefully when you need to remove it. The plus side is that it surely won’t just fall off during activity!

I think this is a good deal for the price. My eight year old loves his fitness watch. The battery life is good, but when I charge it (charger not included), I have to re-sync it with the app, which clears the data from the watch. As long as you do it first thing in the morning, it’s not an issue. Overall, it was good for the price.

I bought this watch for my child for Christmas in Dec 2021 and he loved using it to track his movement, sleep and heart rate. It’s a great watch at this price point; easy to set up and use so it’s perfect for kids. A few weeks ago, he misplaced it and when he found, unfortunately the battery had died and it wasn’t charging. I emailed support to let them know and they gave a few tips to try to see if it would turn back on. After letting them know that it still wouldn’t turn on, they shipped a new watch and my son received it within a few days. The watch is covered under a 12 month warranty and their support team were super friendly and helpful. I’m blown away by how their support team rectified the issue so quickly. I highly recommend this watch and am super happy with the purchase.

We purchased this for our son for Christmas as he had been wanting his own “Fitbit” for a while and we couldn’t justify the price. This one was perfect for our budget and worked great initially. After about 2.5 months of use, the screen started glitching. I contacted the company to see what could be done. They were great to work with and sent a replacement immediately. My son is happy again and I’m a thankful mom!

Watch was working great, but after only 3 months, the watch stopped charging. After writing a review, the company reached out to me and sent me a replacement within the week. Great customer service! My son was very happy!

Seems solid so far, but the strap is SO hard to remove for charging. Battery life is ok.

Seems solid so far, but the strap is SO hard to remove for charging. Battery life is ok.Update; fitness tracking features have stopped working! This is the reason we got it in the first place, and now the outdoor walk feature does not function. Very disappointing!Update 2: BIGGERFIVE customer service responded to me within a day and sent instructions on how to reset the watch. Watch is now working! Great customer service!

Overall my son loved the tracker and religiously tracked his steps. It was for this reason though, we ended up having to switch to Fitbit. He loves being competitive with us with his step count, and the BIGGERFIVE watch would always lag behind my wife and my Apple Watch. For example, we’d all walk together, but despite him running back and forth and up and down and taking far more steps than we did during a the walk, he’d have the same (or less) steps than we did.So we bought a Fitbit, and experimented with him wearing both the Fitbit and the BIGGERFIVE one day, and found the Fitbit tracked significantly higher (>17k steps vs 12k on the BIGGERFIVE).Screen brightness seems to be an issue on Fitbit, but overall the low step count is going to be a deal breaker on this BIGGERFIVE.

We had purchased this watch for my daughter and after 11 months it broke. Customer service was amazing and they replaced the watch for free quickly. Very impressed! Both my girls have these watches and love them!
