This is an excellent shirt for working out. Be aware of the sizing. I’m 5′ 8″ at about 180 lbs and normally wear a size Large shirt. However, after reading the other reviews, I decided to order an XXL. This is the right size. I could have selected an XL if I wanted a tight fit, but I like something looser when working out. Be aware of the warning that states these are Asian sizes when ordering and you’ll be fine.

Starting to show wear after 6 weeks of wear twice a week. Seems too soon for wearing something twice. Rinse off after each swim.

Bought an XXL; chest, shoulder, torso fit was right on … so what happened to the long sleeves?? They’re more like baggy wizards sleeves! I use them for surfing, and that kind if poor fit, isn’t going to work out in the waves. Returning it.

We’ll made but size definitely runs small. I ordered a size up and it is still really tight on me but the arms are a little long. Not a good choice if you want a loose fit unless you are really lanky!Stitching makes it hard to tell what side goes out and the neck line rides a little high and tight, but does the job of sun protection.

The shirt works great for morning water aerobics. I normally wear a large. The XXL worked great.
