Seems like good quality fleece. I’m going just by the new jacket, but premium details, no sloppy stitches, tight joints, no shedding material.

One of my best purchases**update** Washed one time according to directions and no problem. Washed a second time, also according to directions, does not work anymore. We’ll see how customer service handles this.Customer service apparently will not exchange. They asked how I washed it and I explained that I did so according to the instructions on the tag. They then said “we can’t judge what wrong with your jacket.” I sent another email and sadly they have not responded. So…. if you want a heated jacket that will last after two washes, do not get this one. Total waste of money and poor customer service.

So my wife is often cold. When we go for walks in the fall, sometimes she wears a winter coat while I am wearing a T-shirt. To stay warm she has dozens of different fleece jackets, winter coats, and parkas. But the problem is that she doesn’t always have the coat that she needs to stay warm. When I broached the idea of getting her a heated jacket she was dead set against it. Not only did she say “no thank you” but she told my outright not to buy one as she figured that they are expensive and not worth the money.I did as much research as I could but there weren’t a lot of reviews on this type of product. And when I found reviews they said things like “Kept me warm”. Well my wife would freeze to death in a coat that kept me warm so what does “keep me warm” mean to our application? I really wasn’t able to tell.I ended up buying her the “Pau1Hami1ton Women’s Sherpa Fuzzy Fleece Heated Jacket” based on limited reviews, the sizing information, and the style, which was very similar to something that she wears. I hoped that she would like it.The jacket is on the heavy side for a fleece jacket. It is well made, and matched the dimensions listed in the description. Even without using the jacket’s ability to heat, the jacket is noticeably warmer than a standard fleece. It fit my wife well and she seems to like it. The controls took a minute to get used to. The battery pack that I had available was a 16750 MAH RavPower and it needs to be turned on before turning on the jacket. But as long as the battery is on the controls on the jacket work well. The button to control the heat is also an indicator light and it is obvious to everyone that she is wearing a heated jacket since the light is bright enough to be seen at a distance. The jacket has four different heating zones. One across the top of the back, one on the lower back, and one at each of the front pockets. The front heating zones are particularly effective hand warmers if you put your hands in the pockets. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the amount of heat generated by this jacket. It takes approximately five minutes for the heated locations to heat to 95 degrees Fahrenheit Specifically my wife says that the heat across her shoulders and the small of her back feels good. A full charge on the battery pack last her about eight hours of use on high.I used an infrared camera to measure the temperature of the jacket and included pictures that shows the placement, layout, and temperature of the heating elements. The pictures were taken less than five minutes after the jacket was turned on. It turns out to be surprisingly difficult to take an infrared picture of jacket that with heating elements that actually shows the jacket. The heating elements show up just fine. I will mention that the 16750 MAH RavPower battery pack is a little large (physically) for the pocket that houses the battery. In the picture you can see that the right side of the jacket is being weighed down by the battery as well.I asked my wife how many stars she would give the jacket and she said “four. Because perfection is hard to reach.” If she wears this jacket out this year I will buy her a new one.

Overall it looks like a fine product. It gets warm as expected. Unfortunately, the sizes run very small. Normally the wife finds an XL fits quite big on her. However this XL jacket would barely close No option was given to exchange, so had to go with a refund. Thankfully the return shipping was free

The product runs small…about 1 size. Product quality is great. I would have liked recommended power pack info. Will work fine with a 10000 m 5v 2 amp just fine. Only advantage of 20000 is extra time. The problem with larger pack is excess size and weight. I found a small 10000 that is smaller than a phone and light weight. This is important because you carry it in the front pocket. Small pack lasts 2 hours on high, 3 hours on medium and 4 hours on low.

I ordered a medium which fit. Normally my wife wears a small. We have only tried the jacket indoors. The pads do not seem all that warm on high but they are warm. I ordered a 20000mA/h battery which did not fit in the pocket. Order the suggested 10000mA/h batteries, maybe get 2 if you want more. I assumed the battery holder area would be somewhere other than the hand pocket but it is the hand pocket. The 10000mA/h battery fits fine with some room for the hand. I will update this review after we try it outside. I purchased this coat as a liner to layering for outdoor use. It looks like it will work fine for that. So far I think this will work as hoped.

This jacket is fantastic! I got it in November and I wear it every day around my cold home, I wear it out of the house to go shopping and under my regular jacket when I go outside for a prolonged time. The 3 heating levels work great! Because of this jacket, this is the first winter that the cold didn’t bother me as much. Keeping my core warm stopped my hands from getting so painfully cold! I love my jacket! Unfortunately, it did fail after 3 months of heavy use but the seller was fantastic and replaced my jacket! The new one is working great! I will continue to recommend this jacket to everyone!

I took a chance because I liked the look of the jacket but unfortunately, got one of the ones that didn’t work. It just cycled through the three levels and wouldn’t stay on, or light would just flutter, and not heat. Fit as expected from reviews, got the US/med and loved that it covered my butt just as it does on model, I’m 5’3, 120. Arms are long which would have been a bit of a pain since was planning on using inside and would have had to roll up cuff when doing dishes but for an outdoor jacket would be fine as I like stuff on bigger side plus then you have built in mittens so to speak. As another mentioned, collar is a bit thick and stiff so a bit hard wear down compared to other jackets I’ve had.
