The lock setting is nice, however I Sadly could not set mine even in attempts to follow the instructions, but it is a nice feature. Very comfortable and is perfect for all of my essentials that I have to carry with me on my daily work and personal life.

I bought a similar one a long time ago, and this product is great. Only suggestion is the second plug for charging should be a micro plug (for iPhone) not a plug for music. Not sure who uses them anymore anyway?But overall a great product that I have use often and hard!

Bought this for our son, who travels a lot for business and pleasure. The locking mechanism was the most attractive feature. The backpack has generous space for a laptop, electronic accessories, and clothes. Since he uses a backpack for all these purposes, it is quite versatile. Seems very durable, though I hope its water repellency doesn’t have to be tested. The price was okay for the quality of the product.
