I have it a 4 because it’s only good for 2 uses (a hour) before it dies and needs to be recharged. I was not expecting that. I wish the battery life was longer, especially since I mainly use it for cramps. The heat gets super duper hot that you can only use it on one level pretty much. I have to put a rag in-between it if I want to turn the heat setting up. Other than that this thing is magic. Knocks my cramps away so fast, so it’s still a life saver.

This is a great product for all types of pain but the battery life sucks ! It’s a good value for the money, just be prepared to charge every 20 mins if you use the heat and vibrate, 30 minutes if only one thing used

The heat is great, it just needs a longer battery life. Unfortunately the vibration feature is nonsense and doesn’t work. The vibration is 95% noise. You hardly feel it.Other than that the device looks pretty cool and is of good build quality.

*EDIT* Heat and vibration, only lasted 30 minutes on a FULL CHARGE! Returned.I had high hopes for this heating pad and it could have been perfect, BUT it definitely has a major flaw. As someone with chronic pelvic and back pain, I need something to use throughout the day. After a full charge, only using heat on the lowest setting with NO vibration, it just barely lasts 90 minutes. That wouldn’t be too bad if it didn’t take at least 3 HOURS to charge again. I spend more time waiting for it to charge than actually being able to use it in a day. The LED lights DO NOT turn off! I’m sure this drains the battery even faster. Plus it makes it super noticeable under clothing.I spent more than the cost of other heating pads to get this one because of the updated features. I like that this company is continuously upgrading the product to make it better. I would focus on the battery life going forward as that is so important to most of us. Everything else is great. I love the bigger surface area as it covers more of my pain areas at once, instead of just the very center of my abdomen. I love having 4 heat settings and 4 vibration modes, instead of only 3. It definitely gets hot enough. The strap is so stretchy and actually adjusts to fit all or most waists. My last one just barely clicked in and this one I had to tighten almost all the way. Definitely plenty of room!! (Reference: I wear 16/18 or 1X in bottoms)As far as pain relief, I have Endometriosis and chronic pain syndrome. The heat relaxes me and the vibration distracts me from the pain. That’s why I like using both. I can’t say it completely takes my pain away, but it does offer some relief. I just wish it lasted longer to truly know if it helps!!! At this price point, I can’t justify buying a 2nd one to continuously use them. There’s another brand on here for $20 and it was AMAZING until the heat stopped working after only a couple of months. I did use it every day though! Since that one died I’ve been trying so hard to replace it. I really thought this would be the one, but after using it for ONE DAY, I’m not sure this is it for me.I purchased the gray one. In the photo on Amazon it looked more like a blue gray, but this is still a nice neutral color.

This product, while it does get warm enough to suit your needs, takes forever to charge and fails to stay charged for more than an hour. It’s understandable that it wouldn’t stay charged for super long since it takes a lot of battery to produce that much heat so just keep that in mind when purchasing. Also, the pad has rgb lights that constantly stay on while in use, they look cool but show through some clothing and reduce conceal ability ( possibly reducing battery life. Overall, it does what you need it to, it just doesn’t last as long as I wish it would.

I have really bad menstrual cramps and all my friends had purchased one for themselves so I just had to try it out! Best decision I ever made! My cramps don’t bother me as much as they used to.

Got this for my girlfriends birthday last month and she has stated that it really helps because of the levels that you can adjust the vibrations and/or heat. Only thing is the battery doesn’t last long.

Immediate relief. My girlfriend gets really bad cramps. The worst I’ve ever seen. She was using a back massage before to relieve her menstrual cramps. This thing is much less bulky so she can sleep with it on. Glad to see she’s not in so much pain
