This is the best thing since slice bread. My son is autistic. He wondered away twice. We searched and searched and found this wonder anklet. We had it for almost a year and never had a problem with it. It’s easy to read and the cost is fantastic. Only 20 dollars a month. My son doesn’t leave home with out it. The tracker dose meet the basic need. The rubber cover over the charging port has already broken off and the rubber that hold the band down is removable so it slides off easily. The lack of instructions make set difficult. It does stay on after latched.

garbage. this tracker is pure trash. do not bother buying. clip broke in less then 30 days and the company will not provide any support or any type of exchange or refund. this item is junk and very poorly made. honestly a big waste of money.

This is not a typical mass consumer item so it takes a little work to understand. You only get the web site for setup first but when you sign up for service they will send you links to all the manuals and web sites. Note that not all instructions in the manual will apply to you. It was a little confusing but GPS Tracking Mart has excellent customer support that will help you set up.
